Dr. Stephen Turner also completed a specialized corneal fellowship at the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco, Dr. Stephen Turner was a clinical FDA investigator for LASIK Surgery and continues to be a clinical FDA investigator for numerous ophthalmic technologies.
